The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies. 

CHECK-IN 
Check-in is any time after 2pm. Guests will be required to present a valid credit or debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. We will make every effort to honor special requests such as neighboring rooms, cribs, etc. upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. 

CHECK-OUT 
Check out time is 12pm. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front desk before departure date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply depending on availability. 

PARKING GARAGE
Please remember the Mountaineer Hotel parking garage is free only for our guests. The exit code on the back of your room key is given in trust, and should not be given to non-overnight guests.

SMOKING POLICY
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, The Mountaineer Hotel is a non-smoking property. If you need direction for an approved location to smoke, please contact the front desk. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee and possible dismissal from property. 

PET POLICY
We apologize for any inconvenience, however the hotel does not allow pets on site.

DEBIT CARD ADVISORY
If you choose to use a debit card, please note that any refunds or changes to your bill may take up to 15 business days to be reflected. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel room reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes must be completed 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
